I want to say thank you for such an amazing dinner party at my shore home. The food and service was truly amazing. It was the first party I had where we felt like a guest in my own home! Your suggested menu was right on for an outside beach environment and although I initially questions the Crab dim sum with agitated duck sauce, it was a huge hit and enjoyed by all! The sauce on Zuppa de Clams was like nothing I have ever had before! The Filet Mignon melted in my mouth, The King Crab legs were cut to perfection and no one struggled to get them open. The presentation was excellent. The whole meal was excellent – creative and impressive. The quality was amazing. Not only did you surprise us, you wowed us and our 14 guests! If I could, I would have you cook for me every day! Thank you! Can’t wait for the next party!!!

We can’t say enough about the fabulous holiday meal, prepared and served by Pan & Grill. From the salad to the dessert, and everything in between, it was perfect! We’ve never received as many compliments (and requests for recipes) from our staff. Hats off to Marc, who knew just what would please our taste buds, and make our mouths water! Now we’re looking for reasons to have another party, just so we can enjoy the great food from Pan & Grill.

Pan and Grill continues to astonish us for each and every event we have done with them. They keep upping the bar at every function. Our last party the food was amazing as was the staff and servers. Although this thank you is long overdue, I can still remember the taste of the delicious food you served at our party this past June. Every morsel of each course was wonderful. Even with the varied taste buds within our group, everyone enjoyed every dish. We are still talking about how we all ate everything. Preparation and service were perfect.
